SUSANNA SAWATZKY Susanna was born March 11, 1923 to Dietrich and Katharina Sawatzky, in the village of Grigoryewko, Ukraine. They lived there until 1924 when, due to unrest in the country and freedoms getting less, they immigrated to Canada. They settled in Southern Manitoba. They last years of Susannas life were lived in Winnipeg. Susanna leaves to mourn her sister Anne and her brother Henry and wife Anna, nieces and nephews, and their families. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Health Sciences Centre and to the staff at Oakview Place. A private funeral service for family and friends will be held. Flowers gratefully declined.
