HELEN MARGARET CONGALTON April 13, 1907 - May 29, 2003 Peacefully at West Park Manor at the wonderful age of 96. Helen was predeceased by her sister Francis in 2000; and by her parents, James and Hildegarde Congalton. Helen worked for many years at the Province of Manitoba, Department of Mines and Natural Resources, Game and Fisheries Division. A former active golfer at Southwood Country Club, she also enjoyed her companions at the Winnipeg Winter Club, playing bridge and bowling. Helen and Francis travelled extensively in England and Europe, and spent many winters in California. Helen leaves behind her cousin David Alan Drynan and his wife Betsy and their sons, David Drynan and Margaret Thomson in Ottawa and Bill Drynan in Vancouver. We extend our gratitude to all Helens friends at the Wellington who made her stay so memorable, and to both Tuxedo Villa and West Park Manor for their loving care. A memorial service will be held at Thomson Funeral Chapels, Tuesday, June 3 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Robert Campbell and Rose Ferries officiating. THOMSON Funeral Chapels - 669 Broadway -783-7211
