HELEN HAYWARD (Former member of Oakville Arts Society and I.O.D.E.) With deep sadness, the family announces the passing of Helen on Sunday, June 1, 2003, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Beloved wife of Robert for 47 years. Loving mother of Gregory and Jeffrey (Jenny). Dear sister of two brothers, and four sisters. Will be sadly missed by family and friends. A special thank you to the nursing staff and doctors for their care and compassion. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds St., Oakville (905-844-3221) on Sunday, June 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9 at St. Cuthberts Anglican Church, 1541 Oakhill Drive, Oakville, at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
