LOUISE THERESE PINCHBECK - GLOWA (nee LANTHIER) Born Easter Sunday April 16, 1933 as Louise Therese Lanthier in St. Boniface, went to transition April 4, 2003 in Oliver, BC. Predeceased by her first husband, Ted Pinchbeck in 1975, brothers, Pete in 1969 and Fernand in 1973. Surviving are her two sons, Brian, 47, of Surrey, BC and Lyle, 45, of Winnipeg Manitoba, her husband Myron Glowa of Oliver, BC. Sisters, Carmel Lanthier of Drummondville, Quebec, Lucille Belanger (Barney) of Winnipeg, Claudette Mineault (George) of Portage La Prairie, brothers Gerard Lanthier (Janet) of Victoria, BC, and Claude Lanthier of Vancouver, BC, and grandson Jason Pinchbeck (Brian) of Winnipeg. Gravesite ceremony will be conducted at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, #1 East and Navin Rd., on June 6, at 2:00 p.m. with her ashes placed at her first husbands gravesite with Fr. Ray Beaudry the celebrant. For those wishing to attend, Louise loved colours and emphatically requested that everyone wear spring colours, no black. Louise was diagnosed with a rare disease, Pulmonary Fibrosis, for which there is no knowledge or cure. Donations in memory of Louise can be made to Canadian Cancer Society, Box 1872, Oliver, BC V0H 1T0, or to the BC Lung Foundation, Box 34009, Stn. D., Vancouver, BC V6J 9Z9.
