KATHERINE (KAY) DYCK (nee KNELSON) In her 83rd year, with family by her side, Kay peacefully passed away on June 7, 2003. Kay was predeceased by her husband David and son Bradley. She is survived by her daughter Brenda ( Robert) sons, Glen (Charlene) and Earl (Diane) daughter-in-law Ruth and her five beloved grandchildren, Brent Wilde, Melissa, David, Robyn and Jessie Dyck.Mom was a loving mother and grandmother who devoted her life to caring for her family. She had a wonderful sense of humour, shared in lots of laughter, had many good friends and a caring family. Throughout her life she was industrious as a gifted seamstress and as part of the womens labour pool during the Second World War producing aircraft. She volunteered with many organizations and was always ready to help. Mom was an optimistic, positive thinker who loved life. A life well lived. Our family expresses their sincere appreciation for the compassionate care at Riverview Health Centre and also to Pastor Robert Jacob and his wife Vi for their immeasurable support. A memorial service will be held today, Tuesday, June 10 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
