Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN ROGODZINSKI Peacefully after a brief illness, John Rogodzinski passed away at the Grace Hospital on June 7, 2003. Dad passed on to join Mom (1999) and his son Bill (2000) and three infant children. Dad was born February 14, 1905 in Cyhany, Borszczow Poland. He came to Canada in 1913 on the Hannover Ship with his mother and two sisters and settled at Malonton, MB. Dad and Mom married on January 31, 1927. They lived and farmed in Malonton, MB., until February 1, 1998 when they moved to Heritage Lodge in Winnipeg. Dads memory will be cherished by his five loving children, Annie Kishka, Elsie (Tony) Novicki, Tony (Katie), Larry, Adeline (Eddie) Janower. As well as 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Heritage Lodge for making Dads stay comfortable. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, June 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12 at 10:00 a.m. in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Komarno. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Rick and David Kishka, Roger and Glenn Rogodzinski, Walter and Mark Novicki. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
