Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPRIMO PAULIN MENDEZ Peacefully, on Tuesday, June 10, 2003, Primo P. Mendez passed away at Grace Hospital at the age of 83. Primo was predeceased by his beloved wife of 63 years, Margarita, on May 5, 2003. He was also predeceased by his parents, son Romeo and sister Macaria. Tatay Primo will be lovingly remembered by his children, Maura, Carmen (Ding) Volante, Melinda, Rose (Romy) Suban, Naty (Mikel) Magnusson and Christine; daughter-in-law Ester; grandchildren, Raciel, Rommel, Ronnie, Rowell, Dexter, JR, Allan, Christian and Isabelle; nieces, Dory (Eddie) and Yoly. Tatay Primo was born in San Pedro, Laguna Philippines on February 9, 1920. He will be fondly remembered by numerous relatives and friends in Makati and San Pedro, Philippines, U.S., and in Winnipeg, Canada. Tatay Primos greatest love was his wife, children and grandchildren. He was an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and enjoyed watching boxing and basketball. Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 12 between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., prayers at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Viewing on Friday, June 13 between 6:00 and 12:00 a.m., at St. Peters Church, 748 Keewatin St., prayers/mass will be said at 7:00 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 14 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Peters Church. Internment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
