SERAFINA (SARA) BUSCETI (nee SACINO) It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of our wife, mother, "nonna" (grandmother), sister, "zia" (aunt), Serafina Busceti on Friday, June 13, 2003 at the age of 56, after a courageous battle with cancer, at St. Boniface General Hospital Palliative Care with her family by her side. Sara will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Rocco, two sons, Giorgio and wife Tammy, Dino and wife Iolanda; grandson Marco; brother Vito Sacino and wife Maria and their children, Isa and husband Derek and Tino; sister Bice DeMarco and husband Franco, their children, Francesca and husband Dino, Isa and husband Romolo, Michele and wife Simona. She is also survived by her brother Vincenzo Sacino of Bitritto, Italy, parents-in-law, Giorgio and Maria Busceti of San Roberto, Italy; sisters-in-law Angela Cammera and husband Benito and Mimma Grottello and husband Pasquale and many more nieces and nephews. Sara was predeceased by her parents, Isabella and Costantino Sacino of Bitritto, Italy. Prayers will be held on Sunday, June 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Parish with Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 16 at 9:30 a.m. also in Holy Rosary Parish, 510 River Ave. with Fr. Sam Argenziano officiating. The family wishes to dearly thank the caring staff at St. Boniface General Hospital Palliative Care for their kindness and ever compassionate care.
