Marina, baby, we know you are safe in Gods arms but we all miss you terribly to the point of burning incomprehension. You made everyones day better and brighter. Mommy, Daddy, Lyndsey, Alicia, will try to be strong for you; we know you would have it no other way. Marina enjoyed her time with us immensely. As a family we were inseparable. Marina loved studying French, playing dolls with her many friends, and swimming with Ladner Stingrays Swim Club. Dancing also was her love. Marina loved to shop with her mom and sisters; loved travelling to Acapulco every year to see her many friends and family, she loved Mexico. Marina is survived by her mommy Joni and daddy Bob; and sisters, Lyndsey and Alicia-Rae; auntie Brenda and uncle Glenn Kisil; cousins, Ashleigh, Jared and Kole; grandparents, Bob and Aileen Light and many relatives and friends in British Columbia. Marina, we long to be back with you, we love you baby. A memorial service was held at Cedar Park Church, Delta, BC, on May 31. Those who wish to do so may make a donation to the Marina Light Scholarship Fund in care of Heritage Christian School, 3487 King George Hwy., Surrey, BC V4P 1B7.
