LILLIAN DALY (nee LEE) Peacefully, with her family by her side, Lillian passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2003 at the Grace General Hospital. Lillian was born in Winnipeg on June 11, 1929. She was married July 1, 1950 to James Daly. They had eight children, Alan, Susan (John), Bill (Donna), Patrick, John, Kerry, Tim and Don; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Lillian was predeceased by her husband; two brothers and a grandson. She had a passion for reading and a love of the arts. Lillian especially enjoyed Rainbow Stage, the Fringe Festival and Folklorama with her friends, Joyce and Joan. She was a devoted grandmother and her granddaughters lovingly remember her line dancing in red cowboy boots. A celebration of Lillians life will be held on Saturday, June 21 at 3:00 p.m. in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 256 Smith St. Special thanks to Reuben Latoure and the staff of West Park Manor for their care and attention, where Lillian spent the last four and one half years of her life.
