Kurt enjoyed a variety of pastimes in his life, these brought him many moments of joy, especially sharing them with family and friends. Being with his close friends Stan, Terry, Roy and Jeff was always special to Kurt. Many hours of joy to Kurt were shared camping with family and friends at Betula Lake where he loved to watch his son Adam waterski and kneeboard. A gleam was in Kurts eyes when his daughters Kayla and Milyssa played hockey. Whenever possible he was there to offer support from lacing up their skates to cheering their teams on. Two of Kurts most loved hobbies were woodworking and fishing. When not in the shop making toys and furniture for his family, Kurt was outdoors, always trying to catch the one that got away.
