IVAN WATKINS Ivan passed away on Friday June 13, 2003 in Placeville, CA. He was predeceased by his wife Laura of Placeville and his father and mother of Oak Bluff, MB. He is survived by his daughter Darlene and granddaughter Jennifer of Fresno, CA; his twin brother Mel (Jean) of Winnipeg; his sister Joyce Steele (Ken) of Palm Springs, CA and his best friend Adele Pierce of CA. Ivan was born and raised in Oak Bluff, MB. He spent the last 45 years in California. A graveside service will be held in Placeville on Friday, June 20.
