He leaves to mourn his loving wife Lillian; his daughters, Kim Elke (Murray), Winnipeg; Kathy Marks (Dick Arnason), Gimli; Norma Cone (Mike), Oaklahoma. His mother Marjorie Marks, Arnes; his brothers, Ken Marks (Angela), Alberta, Lyn Marks (Marie), ON., Percy Marks (Rose), Arnes. His sister Judy Stadnichuk, Arnes and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Ed Marks in 1999 and his daughter Lorna Todson in 1993. Boys lived life to the fullest and fought to live. Which is a great inspiration to his family and everyone that knew him. He was a wonderful loving man full of fun. He loved nothing better than to have his family around him. He was always there for them and he was so proud of them all. We will miss his hearty laugh. He enjoyed playing hockey, baseball and bowling and loved to follow his grandchildren around to watch any sport or activity they were in and was there biggest fan. Singing and playing his guitar with his wife Lil at his side playing the accordion was a great passion of his. Boys was a talented singer and especially known for his yodeling. Boys played in various bands over the years and most recently The Silverstones which he enjoyed immensely. Boys was a hard worker and was last employed by Roses Petro Can as Manager before his retirement. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Arnes Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at the Gimli Lutheran Church at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26 with Pastor George Johnson officiating. Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Gimli, in care of arrangements
