HELEN FREJUK (nee KUNZ) 1925 - 2003 Helen Frejuk passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2003 at the St. Boniface General Hospital with family at her side. Helen was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Nick, in 1994. She was also predeceased by her parents Fred and Caroline as well as her sister Elsie and brothers, Harvey and Art. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Glenda McKim (Lance), Robert, and Terry (Nancy) as well as her three grandchildren, Jon, Benji and Leanne and stepgrandchildren, Jenni and Kim. Helen was born in Sperling, MB on September 20, 1925. She grew up in Starbuck and later moved to Winnipeg where she met her husband while working at Building Products of Canada. Together they raised three children and enjoyed many family times at the beach. We would like to thank the nurses and doctors at the St. Boniface General Hospital who lovingly cared for mom and who made her last days as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Uncle Peter and Aunt Rita (Frejuk) for their loving kindness and care towards mom since dad passed away.
