Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNICHOLAS OSADCHUK On Sunday, June 22, 2003, Nicholas Osadchuk passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital, with his family at his side. Predeceased by his father Jacob; mother Mary; brothers, John, Mike and Paul; sisters, Jennie and Annie. Nicholas will be sadly missed by his wife and best friend, Mary, of 59 years; his children, son Roman (Diane), daughter Alexis (Dave) Martin; grandchildren, Jason (Charlene), Susan (Jordie), Glen, Cory (Maxine), Sherri (Jason) great-grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Tyler, Mathew and Carly, and extended family great-grandchildren, Kyle and Holly. He is also survived by sisters, Nellie Serbyniuk of Winnipeg, and Mary Molinski of Hamilton, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. Nicholas was born in Brokenhead Municipality on December 1, 1917, married Mary in 1944 and raised two children. Nick farmed in summer and worked in bush camps in winter. The family moved to Winnipeg in 1951, working at odd jobs until he joined Building Products Paper Mill, retiring after 30 years of service. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
