CHRISTIE (nee Audley) It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Lillian Christie on Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at the Riverview Health Centre with her sister at her side. She was born December 8, 1932 and lived in Winnipeg all her life. Lillian was predeceased by her husband David Christie; her partner Frank Connolly; parents, James and Bertha Audley and brother Arthur. She is survived by her brother Clifford (Irene) Audley, her sister Beatrice Heilman and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 12 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Winnipeg Branch #1, 626 Sargent Ave. Cremation has taken place. The family would like to thank the staff at the Riverview Health Centre for their care and compassion. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6 or to a charity of your choice.
