VIOLET ELIZABETH HAYWARD (nee VICKARYOUS) February 24, 1929 - June 22, 2003 Of Winnipeg, formerly of Lac du Bonnet, MB. It is with sorrow that the family announces the death of Vie Hayward. Mom was predeceased by her husband Charles in 1996; parents Albert and Elizabeth Vickaryous; sisters, Maureen and Myrna all of Regina. Vie is survived by daughter Terry Elizabeth Landick of Dacotah, MB; son Charles Edward Hayward of Winnipeg; grandchildren, CJ, Terry and William of Winnipeg; sisters, Ivy Vickaryous (Vic) of Lac du Bonnet, Lois Wagner (Gilbert) of Craven, SK, Colleen Fisher (Henry) of Regina, many nieces and nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place as per Moms request. Donations can be made to your local Animal Shelter in Vies name if so desired. You were my fairy tale princess, So much larger than life. You were my angel and my witness Through all my pain and strife. At times you made me angry, Great words I would proclaim How someday youd be sorry. You were the one to blame. But when I needed comforting You always found the time. Your words were more soothing Than days of childhood sublime. Now the distance holds us apart, The boundaries have no end.
