Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE ZUKOR (nee REICHERT) On Friday, June 27, 2003, Anne Zukor passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital following a brief illness, at the age of 91. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Gerry (George) and Pat (Dan) of Winnipeg; brother Ted (Jewel) of Wisconsin; grandchildren, Hilary (Bob), Llew, Darlene (Bill) and Laureen; as well as wee great-grandchildren, Isabella and Alexander. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family, as well as a host of dear friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Michael, parents, Antoni and Rosalia Reichert; brother Michael; and three sisters, Mary, Louise and Wanda. Anne was born in Winnipeg and was a dearly loved neighbour and friend to all. Throughout her life, she excelled in handicrafts, and was renowned for her skill in all facets of fabric arts. She generously and freely offered her services as a seamstress, knitter, and quilter. Until her nineties, Anne graciously shared her talents with others, helping to design, fix or mend garments, or by donating quilts or sweaters to charitable institutions. As a volunteer to many organizations, she was the quintessential embodiment of the virtue of charity. She will be sorely missed by all whose lives she touched. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of N1 at the Concordia Hospital. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, July 1 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 2 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gerards Roman Catholic Church, 45 Foster St. with Rev. Fr. Pierre Wood, o.f.m., Cap. officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery. If friends desire, contributions to a charity in Annes memory would be appreciated. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
