FRANCES EMMA HUTSELL Frances Emma Hutsell passed away at home on June 30, 2003. She was born in Winnipeg, MB on November 4, 1909, was educated in Winnipeg and attended the University of Manitoba. She met her future husband, Robert while working in the same office and they were married on September 11, 1937. Frances was interested in music, singing in church choirs and several choir societies. She attended many concerts given by both local and world famous musicians. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert; and niece Linda Manning and her family, husband James and their children, sons, Bruce and David, and daughter Laura. No funeral services by request.
