STELLA TODD (nee ROBIDOUX) Stella passed away peacefully June 30, 2003 at the age of 90 and has gone home to be with her Lord. Stella was predeceased by her husband Peter in 1950; brothers, Armand, Emile, Paul and Edmond; sisters, Florence and Cecile. Stella will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Randy (Sharron), Lynn (Danny) grandchildren, Angela, Laura and Deby; and three great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn, her brother Henry; sisters, Toni, Emille and Grace; and many nieces and nephews. Stella was born in 1913 in St. Francois Xavier. She married Peter in 1945 and they settled in Lido Plage with their two children. After Peters passing, Stella remained in the family home. When the children finished school they all moved to Winnipeg. In 1974 Stella moved to Donwood Manor where she made many good friends. Stella was a loving and caring mother, a doting Mimi and a great friend to many. She gave of herself unconditionally and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of Donwood for the wonderful care given to our mother. A memorial service celebrating Stellas life will be held Tuesday, July 8 at 12:30 p.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, if one so desires, a donation may be made in Stellas memory to Donwood Manor Personal Care Home, 171 Donwood Dr., Winnipeg, MB R2G 0V9.
