MICHAEL BOZIUN June 1, 1923 - July 3, 2003 Peacefully on Thursday, July 3, 2003, Michael Boziun, age 80 years, beloved husband of Victoria passed away at Concordia Hospital. Michael was predeceased by his mother Mary Woroniak(Boziun), October 30, 1984, father Steve Boziun, April 8, 1953, step-father Fred Woroniak, June 10, 1989. Michael will be so deeply missed by his loving wife and soul mate Victoria of 41 years. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Michael was born in Brooklands. He attended Brooklands, King Edward, Isaac Newton, St. Johns and MTI Schools. He was in the army in 1942-1945. He was employed by CPR for 34 years. Due to ill health Michael was forced to retire. He enjoyed travelling and wood working as a hobby. Special thanks to Dr. Terry Babick and nursing staff at Concordia Hospital 2 East and 3 West for their loving care, concern and support. Special thanks to my dearest niece Georgina and her husband Ken for all their help, love and support and to Bonny Chizik for keeping in touch. Also many thanks to Fr. Walter Klimchuk for all his prayers and visits during Michaels stay in the hospital. Funeral Service will be held at St. Annes Ukrainian Catholic Church, 455 Douglas Ave., on Tuesday, July 8 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Brookside Cemetery after the reception at Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Anne Building Fund, 455 Douglas Ave., or the Manitoba Cancer Society. Cropo Funeral Chapel 586-8044
