Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySIGNE BATTRAM It is with great sadness we announce the demise of Signe Elizabeth Battram on Tuesday, July 8, 2003 at the Pine Falls Hospital with her loved ones by her side. She was born at Old Pinawa at her Mom and Dads farm on April 17, 1918. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey; her mother and father Elizabeth and Hans Erickson; her brother Axel and her brother Edward and his wife Flo and their daughter Colleen. She is survived by her very dear friend William (Bill) Sokoloski; her sisters, Annie, Lindy and Florence; her sister-in-law Jessie Erickson; her four nephews and their families; a great niece Linnea and her father Jim; and her very good friends, the Lehmans. In her younger years, Sadie loved to fish and she excelled in her fish smoking abilities. She was a very loving and kind lady who enjoyed her friends. She also loved animals. Her gardening abilities showed well as she took many first prizes when judged. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her. A big thank-you to the Pine Falls Hospital staff and the staff of the Lac du Bonnet Home Care. Cremation has taken place and there will be a graveside memorial at a later date.
