Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHENRIETTE CYRENNE It is with sadness that we tell of the passing of Henriette Cyrenne on Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at the Foyer Valade. She has gone to be with her parents, Omer and Maria Cyrenne; her sister Jeanne Desilets; and her brothers, Herve, Edouard, Denis, Germain and Henri. She is survived by her sister Cecile Painchaud of Fannystelle, MB, sister-in-law Alphosine, cousins and many nieces and nephews. Henriette was born in Fannystelle on February 12, 1914. After schooling she had various jobs until settling in at Western Steel (now known as Westeel Products Ltd.) during the Second World War assembling parts for airplane wings. On leaving there, she went to work in the cafeteria at Canada Packers and after 27 years retired and resided at Foyer Vincent. Auntie enjoyed many independent years. She particularly liked to travel and visited Cuba and Mexico. She liked to play Bingo and in her younger years did beautiful needlework. When the casinos came in she was very happy. We would like to thank the staff of the Foyer Valade for the kind care they gave to Auntie. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 14 at 11:30 a.m. in P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St., with interment to follow at St. Boniface Cemetery, 917 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice. P.
