DONALD D. KAPELUCH On June 28, 2003, just one week after he was in Winnipeg celebrating his 46th birthday, Donnie, beloved son of Mae Kapeluch, passed away suddenly at his home in Edmonton with his wife Rose Ann by his side. He will be sadly missed and always remembered by his wife Rose Ann; stepchildren, Sherra and Jarratt; mother Mae (Gord) sisters, Sandra (Trefor), Adele, Debra (Mark) nieces, Maya and Lexi, Big Baba Anne; Uncle Jerry and family; cousin Ann-Marie, Auntie Carol and Uncle Ed, and his canine pal Lizzie. He was predeceased by his father Donald (who also died from a heart attack in 1979 at age 46), Small Baba Annie, Auntie Ida and Uncle Stan. Donnie was born in Winnipeg on June 21, 1957 and moved to Edmonton in 1979. He enjoyed his work as a Controller at Precision Steel for the past eight years. All who knew Donnie would describe him as a fun-loving person who thoroughly enjoyed life to its fullest - always laughing and joking around. He loved spending time with family and many friends. Donnie was an avid golfer, curler, and pool player. He could be seen proudly cruising in his recently purchased 1969 GTO. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Donnies memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba at 200 - 6 Donald St. We will miss you and you will always be in our hearts.
