MABEL MARY JANE VERNER (nee PROUT) July 22, 1918 - July 11, 2003 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother (Auntie Mabs to many nieces and nephews). Mom passed away at the place she loved most, the cottage surrounded by her flowers. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon Verner in 1979. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Sandra (Morris) Jaman, son Gordon (Joe) -(Donna) Verner; granddaughters, Jennifer (James) Antonick, Laura (Billy) Hooson, Cindy Verner; grandsons, Jason (Veronica), Ryan; great-granddaughters, Molly, Margaret, Alexandria and Mackenzie; many, many nieces and nephews. At Mabels request no service will take place. There will be a private family interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favourite charity. P. COUTU & CO.
