MADELINE URBANSKI (nee FUERST) Mrs. Madeline Urbanski, aged 80 years, passed away after a lengthy illness on Monday, July 14, 2003 at the Beausejour and District Hospital, with her family by her side. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, sons, Randy (Rae) of Lockport, Greg (Florence) of Beausejour, Grant of Winnipeg; daughter Leanne (Ron) of Beausejour; her grandchildren, Chris, Erin (Scott), Curtis, Jason, Dylan, Jane, Chantal and Julie; her sister Margaret Tonn of Winnipeg; and her brother William Fuerst of Beausejour; also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Gottlieb and Pauline; her husband Anton in 1983; her sisters, Emma, Lorna, Lydia, Martha, Holdina; her brothers, August, Reinhardt and Gus; and her daughter-in-law Barbara. Madeline was born in Green Bay, MB on October 27, 1922. After marrying her husband Anton in 1945, they resided in Beausejour. A prayer service will be held on Thursday, July 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel with Rev. Hugh Laidlaw presiding. The funeral service will take place on Friday, July 18 at 2:00 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church, Beausejour with interment to follow at the Zion Lutheran Church cemetery.
