LARRY RICHARD ERICKSON February 18, 1935 - July 26, 2003 Peacefully on Saturday, July 26, 2003 with his family by his side, Larry passed away at the age of 68 years at Riverview Health Centre. Larry was born and raised in Tyndall, MB and later settled with his family in St. Andrews. He is survived by his children, Sherry (Garry Walker), Jodine (Tommy) Aucoin, Kevin (Leah) Erickson and grandchildren, Armond and Brett. He also leaves to mourn his sisters, Clarice Lemiuex, Lou Welch, Ellen Natt, Leilani Gogal and brother Wayne Erickson. Larry was predeceased by his parents Louis and Sarah Erickson, sister Joyce and brother Ronald. Larry spent most of his working life as an iron worker at local 728 and enjoyed playing and watching sports. In the last few years he especially enjoyed curling and golf. His greatest enjoyment in life was family gatherings where four generations laugh and play together. Larry loved to sing and play guitar and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. Cremation has taken place and friends may join Larrys family in a memorial service at Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler at Henderson Hwy. at 11:30 a.m., Friday, August 1. Reception to follow. Family interment at Glen Eden Cemetery. Larry will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
