He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and their spouses; 27 great-grandchildren and spouses as well as two great-great-granddaughters along with many nieces and nephews and their children. Dad will be met by our mother Anne who passed in 1987, our brother Fred in 1990 and our sister Sandra in 1997. He will be reunited with his parents, two sisters, Stella and Minnie, two brothers, Stanley and Mike and their spouses along with other cherished family members and good friends. Dads last few years were filled with pain but he always remembered the good times and had a story to tell. He was a very spiritual man; those of us who knew him well were very aware of that. Prayers will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, August 10 and Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 11. Prayers and Liturgy will be held at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Komarno, MB. Interment will be at St. Georges Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined, if anyone desires donations would always be appreciated to St. Georges Cemetery or Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, or a charity of your choice. Family was very important to Dad, these last few years were very lonely for him. Dad would like to remind you that if you have parents, grandparents or other loved ones to please go visit them. Dad would always remind us that "the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away...blessed be the name of the Lord." MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
