RICHARD (DICK) JAMES COOPER Peacefully, on Friday, August 8, 2003, Richard slipped away from his loving family at the Steinbach Bethesda Hospital at the age of 75 years. Leaving to forever cherish his memory are his wife Yvonne, of 52 years of marriage; children, Belinda (Paul), Donald, Diane (Rick), Bruce (Bev), Pattie and Ken; grandchildren, Jenifer, Danial, Cristy, Marlie, Daniel and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Patten, Cole, Emma-Lee, Errick, Carlon and Ivan; sisters, June (Garron) and Thelma (Jim) sister-in-law Marlene (Harry) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Richard was predeceased by his mother Ruth, father Beresford Massey-Hayes; sisters, Bernice and Vera; and grandson Richard. A celebration of Richards life will be held at the Cooper residence on Saturday, August 16 at 4:00 p.m. Richard loved children; in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to any childrens charity of your choice.
