JAMES "JIM" CULBERT Peacefully on Saturday, August 9, 2003 at the Portage District General Hospital, Portage la Prairie, James "Jim" Culbert passed away at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by his wife Vera and two sisters, Jean Crocker and Lillian Culbert; Jim is survived by his son Rodney (Sarah) Culbert, daughter Charlyn-Lynn Montana, and three grandchildren, Robyn, David and Chris. Funeral service will be held in the Trinity United Church, Portage la Prairie on Wednesday, August 13 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Ross Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at the Rossendale Cemetery. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave. E., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 0K8.
