MARY MAY (nee SKOTNICZNY) September 23, 1953- August 18, 2003 Peacefully, Mary May, aged 49 years, passed away after a courageous struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. Mary was predeceased by her father Edward. Leaving to cherish her memory is her husband Al; her daughter Kelly; her mother Sophie; brothers, Stan (Bonnie), Ed (Brenda) sister Val (Larry). She leaves her loving nieces and nephews, Leah, Tanya, Christie, Paul, Daniela, Tatjana, Thomas and Tanya. She also leaves to mourn numerous other family and friends in Canada and Poland. Family was always the center of her life. Marys sense of fun, quick wit and love of laughter will remain among our most cherished memories. The family would like to give a special thank you to all the nurses and caregivers at the Deer Lodge Centre. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marys memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 400 - 141 Bannatyne Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3B 0R3. Dear God, take a message to my Mother up above. Tell her how much I miss her And give her all my love. May the winds of love blow softly over a quiet peaceful spot, where the one I love is sleeping and will never be forgot. Mom youre someone special, and God must have thought so too. Now asleep in Gods beautiful garden, sheltered from sorrow and pain. You were taken away so suddenly, I never had a chance to say goodbye. I love you.
