BORIS BOHDAN BUGERA Boris Bugera, aged 60 years, of Roblin, MB, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday August 14, 2003. Boris was enjoying his retirement having taught school in Roblin for many years. He had also devoted 14 years serving his community on the Board of Roblin District Health Centre. He was chairman of that same board for 12 of those years. People that worked with Boris say that the benchmarks he followed when arriving at a decision were: "Is it fair? Is it just?" Those same benchmarks were used by Boris in so many other aspects of his life. Surviving are his mother Pauline Bugera of Roblin; brother Myron (Bev) Bugera of Thompson, MB; brother-in-law Peter Plesh of Winnipegosis; sister-in-law Roseanne Plesh of The Pas; nephews, Russell Bugera of Calgary, Richard (Laurie Mills) Bugera of Kelowna, Trevor Bugera of Edmonton; niece Erin Plesh of Winnipegosis. Boris was predeceased by his father Peter Bugera in 1970, his wife Patricia (nee Plesh) Bugera in 1994. Prayer services were held Monday, August 18 at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Nairn-Chyz Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 19 at 3:00 p.m. from Roblin Community Centre.
