BESSIE F. CAVEN Bessie Caven passed away at Deer Lodge Centre on June 10, 2003. Bessie was born in Winnipeg on March 30, 1913. She was employed by the T. Eaton Company and Phillips Electric Company. She is survived by her only sister Honor Hollingshead of Largo, FL; a nephew Bill Caven, Burnaby, BC; and cousins in England, Ireland and Australia. Our thanks to Deer Lodge Centre for the care they provided during her illness. A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 25 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with Rev. Canon A.M.L. Klassen and Rev. Canon J. Ronald McCullough officiating. Interment and reception to follow. Requiem mass on Tuesday, August 26 at 5:30 p.m. at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Hugo Street N. at Mulvey Avenue.
