Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLORENCE ESTELLE EVANS (nee PEDLAR) Florence Estelle (nee Pedlar) Evans, aged 68 years, on August 10, 2003, peacefully after a short illness at her home in Abingdon, England, loving wife of the late David, loving mother of Colin, Cathy and Hilary, mother-in-law of Paul Green, grandma of Lawrence and Lucy Green and beloved sister of Stan Pedlar (Ottawa). Florence and David Evans lived in Winnipeg until 1956 when they moved to England.
