NATALIE JUNE MOWAT Suddenly on August 19, 2003 at Grace General Hospital in Winnipeg. Natalies smile and joy for life will be much missed by the many family and friends who loved her. "Nanny" was the glue that bound the family and Sundays will never be the same without her. Were not sure whos going to make the gravy now. Nat loved a good game of rummy and couldnt be beaten right to the last moment. She lived her life caring for others and was able to lighten the load of many who confided in her. Nat was a dedicated volunteer at "The Grace" and was very proud of the contributions they were able to make. Nanny was predeceased by husband Alex; brother Jack and special friend Keith Elwood and is survived by daughter Lesley; son-in-law Larry; son Sandy and daughter-in-law Kelly; grandchildren, Alex and Nei Lei Man; granddaughter-in-law Sara and great-grandchildren, Rebecca and Nathaniel; also nephews and nieces, John, Jackie, Don and Heather and their children. Memorial service will be held on Friday, August 29 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Natalies memory to the charity of their choice.
