JOSEPH IRVINE MALLETT November 1, 1929 - August 10, 2003 It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Irvine on August 10, 2003 at St. Pauls Hospital, Vancouver, BC. Irvine was born in Fisher River, Koostatak, MB. He is survived by his sons, Ernie of Winkler, and Brian of Vancouver, BC; granddaughter Tracy of Winnipeg; grandson Matthew of Vancouver, BC; brother Melvin and Sara of Fisher River; sisters, Mabel Lazar of Kelwood, Violet and George Kaye of Neepawa and Elaine and Edward Valiquette of Fisher River. He was predeceased by his parents Ethel and Solomon Mallett; sisters, Dorothy and Vera; brothers, Frank and Russell. Cremation has taken place in Vancouver, BC. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2:00 p.m. at Stevens United Church, Fisher River. Interment to follow at United Church Cemetery, Fisher River. Donations may be made to St. Pauls Hospital, Vancouver, BC. Special thanks to Ernie for bringing his father home to rest. We love you.
