Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNICHOLAS JOSEPH WALLACK December 20, 1925 - August 25, 2003 With deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our dear husband, father and grandfather, Nick Wallack, on Monday, August 25, 2003 at the Selkirk General Hospital, with family and friends by his side. Nick was born in Fisher Branch on December 20, 1925 where he resided most of his life. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 47 years, Bertha; four children, Judy Emms, Janice (Leonard) Leschyshyn, Norman, Lorie (Allan) Humeniuk; four grandchildren, Keith and Kristy Emms, Ashley and Jamie Leschyshyn; one brother Mike (Terry) brother-in-law Dan Gushel; sister-in-law Kay Wallack; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents, Kazimer and Teenie; one brother Stanley; five sisters, Mary Gushel, Kay Ruchka, Ann Barrett, Jean Sobyski, Rose Kudelski. Funeral prayers will be held on Saturday, August 30 at 10:30 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Fisher Branch, with Deacon Robert Giasson officiating, assisted by Sr. Agnes, and followed by the funeral mass at 11:00 a.m., with Fr. David Kowalski officiating and Deacon Robert Giasson assisting. Interment in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers will be Keith Emms, Leonard Leschyshyn, Allan Humeniuk, Jeffrey Wallack, Barry Wallack, Larry Kudelski. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7. Fisher Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
