LYNN MURIEL DELF It is with great sadness that we share the loss of a wonderful friend, relative and colleague. Peacefully on Friday, August 29, 2003, Lynn Muriel Delf passed away. Lynn was predeceased by her beloved parents, Robert and Rosa Delf. Surviving relatives are sister Lois Bilesky (husband Bob), Pat Mullen (husband Franklin) niece Lauren Bilesky and nephews, Alexander Bilesky and Talon Mullen; Uncle Hughie Delf and many cousins. Friends that were like extended family, closest to Lynn at the time of her death are Cheryl Frank and family, Pat Parker and family, Betty and Norman Main and family, Isabel and Flo Derochers and family and Linda From and family. Lynn will also be greatly missed by her many friends and colleagues. Grateful appreciation and thanks is extended to the hospital staff in St. Anne, Steinbach and Riverview Health Centre. Your continued support and belief in Lynns rehabilitation gave her encouragement. Lynn had worked with the Winnipeg School Division for a great number of years as a secretary and receptionist for many schools. Lynn will forever be remembered for her smile, her sense of humor and her great love for people of all ages. Her support, love, care and commitment was given effortlessly and remained consistent. Lynn had great compassion and love for animals. This was very apparent in her equestrian work, in handling her horses, and with her beloved dog Diamond. Lynn gave us all so many gifts through her friendship. She will always be in our thoughts and prayers. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday evening, September 4 at 7:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Home, 984 Portage Ave. Interment will be held at Woodlands Cemetery, Rathwell, MB the following weekend.
