KATHLEEN (KITTY) DUNSMORE 1914 - 2003 Peacefully on Wednesday, August 27, Kitty passed away at her home in Aspen Park, Gimli. She was predeceased by husband Garnet in 1988. She leaves to mourn, daughter Donna (Mrs. Donna Rozon), son-in-law Denis Rozon, son Murray, granddaughters, Cheryl (Shawn Dorion), Amy Dunsmore and Valerie Dunsmore; grandson Tim Rozon (Monica) great-grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, Sydney and Kaitlyn. Kitty was born in Tyvan, SK where she completed high school in 1934 and went on to St. Boniface school of nursing and graduated as a registered nurse in 1939. After graduating Kitty did some travelling and met and married Garnet while nursing in Lachine, QC. After raising their family in Lachine, Kitty and Garnet lived in Wabush, Labrador, Windsor, ON, Leaf Rapids, MB and then settled in Aspen Park in 1987 after retirement. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 2 in Gimli Cemetery followed by a memorial service and lunch at Winnipeg Beach United Church at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Johnson Memorial Hospital or Gimli New Horizons or Winnipeg Beach United Church.
