Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDORIS NATELE LOEWEN August 31, 1937 - August 25, 2003 On Monday, August 25, 2003, Gods garden became much brighter as our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Doris Loewen, passed away. Mom leaves to mourn, her loving husband Cornelius; her daughter Sharon (Tom) Church and their children, David, Scott and Megan; her son Glen (Dalia) Loewen and their children, Ryan and Randy; her son Brian (Louise) Loewen and their children, Rebecca, Emily and Sarah; her sisters, Rita Kuz and Violet Kitzul. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Natele Shiebel; and her sister Erna Oberik. Mom will be remembered for her generosity and kind-heartedness. She was happiest surrounded by her children and grandchildren who were the highlight of her life. Mom was the centre of our family gatherings and her fabulous meals and wonderful sense of humour will be missed by us all. In accordance with Moms wishes, a private family service has taken place. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6 or to the Kidney Foundation, 200-55 Donald St, Winnipeg, MB R3C 1L8. God looked around His garden and found an empty space, He then looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put His arm around you and lifted you to rest, Gods garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best. So, He closed your weary eyelids and whispered, Peace be thine. You did not go alone, for part of us went with you The day God called you home. Sleep Gently, Mom KLASSEN Funeral Chapel 1897 Henderson - N. of McIvor - 338-0331
