MARY JACQUELINE McIVOR January 8, 1946 - August 11, 2003 The family of the late Jacqueline McIvor of Cross Lake announces with great sadness the passing of a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Jacqueline passed away on August 11, 2003 at 8:45 p.m. at the St. Boniface Intensive Care Unit, after fighting a courageous and lengthy battle with diabetes. She leaves to mourn her husband George, sons, Trevor (Joanne), Darryl (Karen), Dion and Scott; daughter Joyce (Robert) grandchildren, Alyson, Tyler, Danton, Connor, Pancake, Kassie, Doris and Quinton; mother Lydia Thomas, sisters and brothers, John Angus (Rosalie), Jackie (Helen), Florence (Morris), Shirley and Sherri, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services were held on August 14 in Cross Lake at the Roman Catholic Church. She was laid to eternal rest at the Cross Lake Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all for their support and prayers. If friends so desire, donations can be made in Jacquelines memory to any Canadian Diabetes Association office or to the St. Boniface Hospital.
