Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySARAH AMELIA "ELIZABETH" SMITH (nee POST) Sarah Amelia "Elizabeth" Smith (nee Post) aged 90, formerly of 94 Paul Blvd., Winnipeg passed away on Friday, August 29, 2003 after a long illness at Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home in Regina, SK. "Elizabeth" was predeceased by her husband Albert in 1982. Elizabeths memory will be forever cherished by her daughter Pat (Doug) Vandenberghe of Regina and three grandsons, Grant (Rosalie) and their children, Luke and Laura of Ottawa, Mark (Jessica) of Edmonton and Kent (special friend Natashia) of Brandon as well as many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg on Thursday, September 4 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at St. Vital Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 2360 - 2nd Ave., Regina, SK S4R 1A6. Arrangements are entrusted to Glen Lawn Funeral Home (204-982-7750).
