Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMIKE EVANS (EWANCHYNA) Peacefully on July 19, 2003 in New Westminster, BC Mike passed away at the age of 71. Mike was born in Winnipeg on August 1, 1931. In the late 50s, Mike and Jean moved to Vancouver where he made his career in the sawmill industry. He still considered Winnipeg home. Mike was predeceased by his father Michael in 1954; mother Natalka in 1956; and his beloved wife Jean in 1996. He is survived by his family Vicky and Allan Peterson, Angela and Ron MacIntosh, and Laura Peterson (Rob Taylor). A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2003 at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
