MARGARET GARWOOD (nee GREEN) August 31, 1915 - August 13, 2003 Passed away at the Boyne Lodge in Carman after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers. Predeceased by husband Montie; son Don; grandson Phillip; sister Muriel Louth; brothers, Allen and Bert Green. She leaves to mourn, daughter Beverley Siwak (Ernie) grandchildren, Erin Rigby (Dave), Morgan Russell (Rena), Michael Russell (Aaron), Montie Garwood (Julie), Shayne Garwood, BreeAnne Hermanson (Rob) great-grandchild Braeden Rigby; sisters-in-law, Marvyl Gilligan, Dorothy Garwood, Doris Green; and many nieces and nephews. She was a devoted wife and mother who spent her life taking care of others. Her greatest pride was her knitting, cooking and baking, her garden and little dog Nugget. She worked with Dad managing the Red & White Store at Roseisle along with the post office and mink ranch. Thank you to all the staff at Boyne Lodge for their loving care. Cremation has taken place and a family graveside service will be held. Donations in Moms memory may be made to the Boyne Lodge at Carman or to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 1L8.
