Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELENA (LEA) GREVSTAD (nee MCMANUS) Peacefully, after a short but valiant battle with cancer at London Health Sciences Centre, Westminister Campus on Thursday, September 4, 2003, Helena Lea Grevstad, nee McManus, aged 66 of Sarnia, ON. Beloved wife of Gerald (Jerry). Dear mother of Cara and husband John Loncar, Toronto, ON, Krista Grevstad, Vancouver, BC, Peter Grevstad, Viet Nam, Andrea Nicefield, Sarnia and Melissa Grevstad, Toronto. Loving grandmother of Allegra and Jack Loncar. Sister of Mary McManus, Winnipeg, Chuck McManus and wife Maureen, Chicago, IL, Theresa and husband Neil Katner, Alabama, and Fr. Columba McManus, OSM, Quebec, QC. Predeceased by parents John and Helena McManus; and brothers, John and Joseph. As a tribute to Lea, friends are requested to wear their favourite colours to funeral services. Visitation at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, ON, on Tuesday, September 9 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 10, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church with cremation to follow.
