ANNETTE LA RIVIERE (nee NEYRON) Peacefully at home surrounded by her family, on Saturday, September 6, 2003, one day before her 89th birthday. She is predeceased by her much-loved husband Eugene. She will be greatly missed by her children, Jean (Andreanne), Louise (Michel Beaulieu), Roger (Gisele), Yvette (Murray De Pape), Jeannette (Greg Delorme) and by her grandchildren, Patrick (Heather), Michelle (Kelly Nobes), Stephane, Melanie, Nicole, Michel, Marc, Christine, Andre, Janelle, Danielle, Elise and great-grandchildren, Catherine La Riviere and Bodie Nobes. Annette, born September 7, 1914 in Abbeville near Lundar, MB, is also predeceased by her parents, Amanda (Paulhus) and Ferdinand Neyron; stepfather Marcel Montagnon, her brother Antoine and her sisters, Marguerite (Baudry) and Marcelle (Dufault). She is survived by her brother Gabriel (Lorraine) of Montreal. Memere has forever etched in our memories her strong sense of family, her Christian values, her love of life and her ability to amuse her grandchildren with stories of "dans le bon vieux temps." The celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, September 10 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Boniface Cathedral, with Father Paul Campeau officiating.
