LILLIAN STASYNEC (nee HALOWATY) The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you." It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of their beloved Mother and Grandmother, Lillian, aged 70, on Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Darlene (Rick) Moskwa, Donna Zuke, Debbie (Doug) Norman; grandchildren, Kim (Jayson) Padd, Jeff Moskwa, Cari and Michael Zuke, Brittni and Kayla Norman; brothers and sisters, Stella (Bruce) Green, George (Audrey) Halowaty, Ted Halowaty, Don Halowaty, Mildred Halowaty and many dear relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Stanley in 2001, her parents, John in 1991, Pauline in 2000, and son-in-law Raymond Zuke in 2003. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who spent her life taking care of others. Mom liked to sew, garden, spend summers sitting outside reading and winters making afghans for the grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. with Father Krochak officiating. Interment to follow at Transcona Cemetery. Our family chain has once again been broken And nothing seems the same But as God calls us one by one Our chain will link again. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
