ALVIN PETER ENNS Our dearly beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother Alvin P. Enns died August 26, 2003 at his home in Grande Cache, AB. In his late teens he went to Winnipeg to find work. Most of his life that meant driving some vehicle, from highway rigs to city buses to Safeway delivery trucks. He and his wife Florence Gretchman eventually moved to Calgary, where they lived until April 2002, when they moved to Grande Cache. Alvin is survived by his wife Florence, daughter Judy Scott with daughters, Debbie and Cindy, of Winnipeg, daughter Carol and Paul Caouete with children, Brittney, Jennifer, Josia and Elisha of Calgary, AB, son John and Brenda Enns with daughter Morgana and by Betty Baumgartner, the mother of his children. Also surviving are his sister Elizabeth Enns and family; brother Herman and wife Mary Enns and family; sister-in-law Audrey Enns and many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by brother Dick in November 1983; his adopted brother Henry in December, 1980 and his brother-in-law Henry Enns in January 1987.
