IRIS PATRICIA JENKINS Well miss you Mum On Thursday, September 4, 2003, Mum passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital, succumbing to cancer. Born in 1926, Iris moved from England to Canada in 1957. Widow of Haydn Jenkins, loving mother to David, Martin (Teri) and Trefor (Sandy) and grandmother (Nana) to Carolyn and Christopher. Mum spent most of her life in Transcona. In her later years, she found pride and comfort in her cats and her garden. She left this world, as she had lived; quietly and with dignity. A family farewell will be held at graveside in Transcona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
