FREDRICK ROTHENBURGER May 22, 1906 - September 9, 2003 Fred Rothenberger of Morden passed away on September 9, 2003 at the age of 97, a longtime resident of Morden and the 1-5 District. He will be lovingly remembered by his four daughters, Verna of Vernon, BC; Norma and Gordon of Red Deer, AB; Carol of Red Deer; Connie of Whitby, ON. He will also be missed by his six grand-children, Lorri and Laurie of Prince George, BC; Charene of Edmonton, AB; Barbara of Nipawin, SK; Darren and Anne of Edmonton, AB; Wendy of Whitby; Arleigh of Windsor, ON. Fred was predeceased by his wife, Emma, four brothers, three sisters and a grand-daughter. Fred will be remembered for his zest for life, his commitment to the church, and devotion to his family. Viewing will take place on Sunday, September 14, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, 1050 Thornhill St., Morden, and at the chapel prior to the service. Funeral service will be held at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden, on Monday September 15 at 1:30 p.m., Rev. Morris Vincent officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Morden.
